Item will be shipped within 5 days of cleared payment. DO NOT use E-CHECKs please! We ship our Ebay orders on Saturday; so as long as your payment is received by Friday 12:00 noon CST it will be shipped on Saturday. If you need your item shipped sooner, please email me at jeannette@colormebrowntoys.com. If we can ship it sooner, we will. If not, we'll let you know. We do not offer same day shipping (meaning if you pay today, it will not ship the day payment is received). We do offer other shipping methods other than USPS! Let us know and we'll get a price for you!

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the carrier. If you are concerned please purchase insurance ($1.70) regardless of the size of the order. Everthing we ship has a tracking number! International orders have a package number which to my understand isn't very useful!

We have a three day return policy. We use the delivery date from tracking. You pay the return postage. A refund will be issued (usually on Sunday) for any returns. Please ask questions before bidding or buying!
